Psychological Health Club (PHC) is a child foundation of Monobikash Foundation. It grew from a simple belief: lasting change happens locally, with people who already hold trust — neighbours, teachers, and community leaders.
Since 2005, district-level clubs have opened conversations that used to stay behind closed doors. Members gather for peer support, awareness sessions, and practical tools that make seeking help feel ordinary rather than shameful.
The work travels through schools, neighbourhoods, and local leadership — so care is not something people have to travel to Dhaka to find. It starts in the rooms they already sit in.

Clubs open rooms for listening, learning, and leadership — so mental health is talked about in ordinary places.
Regular gatherings where members listen, share, and practise caring for the mind together — without diagnosis as the price of entry.
Awareness programmes that bring plain language about mental health into classrooms, neighbourhoods, and local leadership meetings.
Rooms where silence is not the only option — and where asking for help is treated as strength, not scandal.
Clubs work with people who already hold trust, so conversations about the mind feel familiar rather than imported.
